Partly sunny so the day looked good.
Fled Bergen. After 10 minutes were in beautiful farmland country, hilly.
Three ferries today and back into the mountain Fjord country.
We were third in line chasing a group of sheep down the highway, which at this point was a one lane farm road. They were shitting themselves. After about 1 km they got off the road, thankfully. They seemed stressed and were now far from home.
One of our ferries was awaiting our arrival and left 10 seconds after we boarded!
It was one of those joyous days just driving and loving it (except for the sheep).
At the EnergiHotel in Nesflaten, we were the only tourists. The other rooms were booked by Hydro workers.
We shared a buffet with them, gawking at the view.
The receptionist amazingly offered to call through our new night at a B&B and do our laundry for us!!! She knows how to get a tip.
The view from our room is awesome.
